Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp HerbsHi Smoked BBQ Seasoning
1 tbsp HerbsHi Peri Peri Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: BBQ sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, a generous amount of HerbsHi Smoked BBQ seasoning for a spicy smoke kissed aroma and salt, and pepper until well coated.
3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). If you're using a grill, set it up for indirect cooking.
4. Smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the wings are crispy.
