Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings

As the leaves turn and the air cools, fall brings a special charm that’s perfect for outdoor gatherings. Whether you’re hosting a cozy get-together or enjoying a family meal, these two delicious and smoky recipes using HerbsHi Smoked BBQ seasoning will elevate your fall BBQ game.


Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp HerbsHi Smoked BBQ Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp HerbsHi Peri Peri Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: BBQ sauce for dipping


Instructions:

1. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.

2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, a generous amount of HerbsHi Smoked BBQ seasoning for a spicy smoke kissed aroma and salt, and pepper until well coated.

3. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). If you're using a grill, set it up for indirect cooking.

4. Smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the wings are crispy.

5.  For a more savoury, pungent and spicy flavour sprinkle HerbsHi Peri Peri Seasoning and Bon Appetit!
