Cheesy Grilled Chicken Recipe with Paprika and Peri Peri

Grilled chicken is a classic favourite for many, and it’s easy to see why. Juicy, flavorful, and versatile, it can be paired with various seasonings and ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes. Here’s a delicious grilled chicken recipe featuring HerbsHi Cheese & Paprika, Peri Peri and Smoked BBQ seasoning.


Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless and skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1 tbsp smoked  HerbsHi Cheese and Paprika seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons HerbsHI  Peri Peri seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Smoked  BBQ seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine HerbsHi Cheese & paprika, HerbsHi Peri Peri seasoning and  HerbsHi Smoked BBQ seasoning along with minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well to form a paste.

2. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature 

3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are hot and evenly distributed.

4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes.

5. During the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of each chicken breast. Close the grill lid to help the cheese melt.

6. Once the chicken is cooked and the cheese is melted, remove it from the grill. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve while it’s hot.
