We ship to all States & Union Territories across India.

Once an order is received on our website, the items are shipped within 1-2 working days and will be delivered within 5-8 working days after pick up, depending on the pin code and area, provided there are no unexpected delays. Shipping charges:

We charge INR 65/- for shipping for all orders under INR 350/-.

All orders above INR 350/- have free shipping.

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

• Returns and Refunds Policy:

Orders once placed cannot be amended, cancelled, exchanged or refunded. We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on the pin code and area, provided there are no unexpected delays. If the order does not reach you in 21 days (post-dispatch), please contact us on herbshi@narangco.com

 

We are not be responsible for any delays that are due to failed / delayed deliveries, incorrect address, no response on the contact number/address, or any other reason. 

 

However, after 21 days, only on receiving the undelivered goods at our warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting forward and return shipping charges (INR 65/- each way). We have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we’re unable to issue a refund before the mentioned timeline. 

 

NOTE: All forward shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable on all orders (Including orders that are eligible for free shipping) and to be borne by the purchaser in the event of the package not being delivered due to failed, delayed deliveries, incorrect address, no response on the contact number/address, or any other reason.
