Delicious Veg Manchurian Gravy Recipe

Veg Manchurian is a delightful Indo-Chinese dish that combines the flavours of mixed vegetables with a spicy, tangy gravy. Perfect as a side dish or served with rice or noodles, this recipe is both quick and easy to make. Let’s dive into how HerbsHi Manchurian seasoning makes this dish more mouthwatering! 


Ingredients:

For Manchurian Balls:

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Oil (for frying)

For Gravy:

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 2-3 green chilies (slit)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 2 tbsp HerbsHi Manchurian seasoning

  • 1 cup vegetable water

  • 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water

  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

1. First, mix chopped vegetables, flours, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and salt.

2. Form small balls and deep fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.

3. Heat oil, saute ginger-garlic paste, onions, and green chilies. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup. Bring to a boil.

4. Stir in cornflour slurry to thicken and then season with salt.

5. Add fried balls to the delicious gravy. Cook for a few minutes.

6.  At the end add a generous amount of HerbsHi Manchurian seasoning for an added mouthwatering flavour . 

7. Garnish with spring onions. Enjoy hot with rice or noodles!
