Ingredients:
For Manchurian Balls:
1 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Oil (for frying)
For Gravy:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 small onion (chopped)
2-3 green chilies (slit)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp HerbsHi Manchurian seasoning
1 cup vegetable water
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
1. First, mix chopped vegetables, flours, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and salt.
2. Form small balls and deep fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
3. Heat oil, saute ginger-garlic paste, onions, and green chilies. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup. Bring to a boil.
4. Stir in cornflour slurry to thicken and then season with salt.
5. Add fried balls to the delicious gravy. Cook for a few minutes.
6. At the end add a generous amount of HerbsHi Manchurian seasoning for an added mouthwatering flavour .
7. Garnish with spring onions. Enjoy hot with rice or noodles!
