HerbsHi Schezwan Chili Garlic Noodles


2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp HerbsHi Fiery Chilli Flakes

2 tsp HerbsHi Garlic Granules

1 tsp dark soy

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp honey

2 heaped tsp HerbsHi Schezwan Seasoning

1 bowl boiled rice noodle

Sauté vegetables and spring onions

Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. In a saucepan, pour the olive oil. Once it heats up, add soy, HerbsHi garlic granules and Chili Flakes.

  2. Continue and add, lemon juice, sesame seeds, honey and HerbsHi Schezwan seasoning to the oil mix.

  3. Add about 60 ml of water to the sauce.

  4. Then add the boiled rice noodles and sauté vegetables to the sauce. Mix well and season with salt and pepper as per preference

  5. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
