Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
3 tbsp HerbsHi Smoked BBQ Seasoning
1 tbsp HerbsHi Cheese & Paprika Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 burger buns
Toppings: Cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, 3 tbsp of HerbsHi Smoked BBQ seasoning for a smoky flavour, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
2. Heat the grill to medium-high (375°F to 400°F).
3. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
4. Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, cut side down by placing chicken patties on buns.
5. Finally add the toppings and also sprinkle HerbsHi Cheese & Paprika Seasoning for a spicy zing of paprika. Serve hot!
