1. CHEDDAR CHEESE POWDER


Herbs Hi Cheddar Cheese Powder seasoning comes with the terrific, piquant taste of cheddar cheese in a powder form. This versatileseasoning, packed with cheesy goodness, is irresistible. Use it on your fries, popcorn, pasta, eggs, fried snacks or to make flavorful cheesy dips and dressings.


RECIPE – HERBS HI CHEESY POPCORN


Ingredients:


1/4 cup popcorn kernels

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1-2 tbsp Herbs Hi Cheddar Cheese Powder for popcorn

Salt to taste

1 tbsp oil


Method:


1. Proceed and pop your popcorn kernels in a heavy bottom vessel with oil and salt.


2. Once the corn kernels pop, drizzle the melted butter on the popcorn.


3. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese Powder seasoning and salt over the popcorn, tossing well and enjoy your cinema style Cheddar Cheese Popcorn at home.



2. PERI CHEESE SEASONING

RECIPE - PERI CHEESE SPAGHETTI


Ingredients:


5-6 Cloves Garlic - Finely Chopped

1 Small Onion Finely Chopped

Fiery Chilli Flakes from Herbs Hi - 1 tbsp

Peri Cheese Seasoning - 2 tbsp 

Olive Oil + Butter - 3 tbsp

Boiled Spaghetti - 100g

Fresh Cream - to taste

Fresh Cilantro


Method:


1. Melt the butter and olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add in the finely chopped onion and garlic. Fry until fragrant and translucent.

3. Sprinkle Fiery Chilli Flakes to taste. Add in a good dollop of fresh cream and let it cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Sprinkle a generous amount of Peri Cheese Seasoning and add in boiled spaghetti.

5. Toss well and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.



3. SOUR CREAM AND WASABI CHEESE


A perfect blend of sour cream and onion, with a pop of cheese and a kick of spicy wasabi. Sprinkle our HerbsHi Sour Cream Wasabi Cheese seasoning on your chips, potato dishes, fries, popcorn, nuts, namkeen, salads or use them to make dips/ sauces and transform your dishes to mouth watering gourmet classics.

RECIPE - SOUR CREAM AND WASABI CHEESE DIP


Ingredients:


1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Herbs Hi’ Sour Cream Wasabi Cheese Seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to per taste


Method:


1. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with mayonnaise.

2. Add Herbs Hi Sour Cream Wasabi Cheese Seasoning to taste, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth.

3. Enjoy the dip with crunchy veggies, tortilla chips or crackers and savour the delicious flavour.



4. CHEESE AND PAPRIKA SEASONING


Herbs Hi Cheese and paprika seasoning is a blend of the sweet-smelling spice known as Paprika and cheese that will give your snacks and meals extraordinary taste.


RECIPE: CHEESE AND PAPRIKA MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:


12 large button mushrooms cleaned, stems cut off and saved

Olive oil - 1/4th cup

Paprika, 1 tablespoon; black pepper and salt, to taste

Herbs Hi Cheese and Paprika Seasoning - 2 tbsp

1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice - cheddar or mozzarella


Method:


1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).

2. To prepare the mushrooms, clean them and brush the mushroom caps gently with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Mushroom stems should be finely chopped and cooked in olive oil till they are tender.

4. Transfer sautéed mushroom mixture into the mushroom caps and top it with Cheese and Paprika seasoning.

5. Add some grated cheese over the mushrooms.

6. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking tray and bake them for about 15-20 minutes and the cheese should be well melted. Serve hot.



5. MAC N CHEESE POWDER

RECIPE - HERBS HI MAC N CHEESE 


Ingredients:


½ cup Uncooked Macaroni of your choice

1 tbsp Butter

¾ cup Milk

1 tbsp All Purpose Flour

3 tbsp Herbs Hi Mac n Cheese Powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Herbs Hi Fiery Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Herbs Hi Mixed Herbs 


Method:


1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the macaroni and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, salt and pepper and stir until smooth. Pour in milk slowly while stirring continuously. Continue to cook till the mixture is smooth and bubbling for about 5 minutes.

3. Add the Herbs Hi Cheddar Cheese Powder and stir well for 2-3 minutes. 

4. Add the boiled macaroni, Herbs Hi Fiery Chilli Flakes and Herbs Hi Mixed Herbs into the cheese sauce and mix until it's well coated.
